1. One account per person

You may hold one Rideva account only. We detect duplicate accounts through device, network and payment-method signals. Accounts found to be duplicates are frozen and their earnings reversed.

2. How you earn

Your account holds one active car. Each day has three earning slots: morning pickup (06:00-12:00), afternoon stop (15:00-18:00) and night completion (20:00-00:00). You earn only for slots you complete inside their window. Earnings are a percentage of that day's route value, set by your plan tier, plus any streak, level or event multipliers that apply at the time.

3. Nothing is guaranteed

Route values, plan percentages, multipliers and event bonuses can change. We publish every rule, fee and percentage before it applies to you. Past earnings do not promise future earnings.

4. Your PIN and your password

Your withdrawal PIN protects your money and is separate from your password. Keep both private. We will never ask you for either one. Requests made with your PIN and two-factor code are treated as made by you.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals require your transaction PIN and two-factor authentication. Daily and monthly limits depend on your plan tier and verification level. Your first withdrawal is held briefly for fraud review, and crypto addresses become withdrawable after a cooling-off period. Fees are shown in full before you confirm.

6. Referrals

Referral commissions are paid by Rideva, never taken from the person you referred: 10 percent on direct referrals, 3 percent on the tier below, and 1 percent on the tier below that. A referral is attributed for 30 days from the click. Self-referrals, fake accounts and referral rings are reversed and may end your account.

7. Your data

We collect only what the service needs. Your phone number, identity documents and payout addresses are encrypted. You may request deletion of your account at any time; we complete it within 30 days and keep only the transaction records the law requires, with your identity removed.

8. Suspension and closure

We may freeze an account that shows fraud, automation, chargeback abuse or attempts to manipulate earnings, referrals or leaderboards. We will tell you why, and you can dispute the decision through support.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue earning.
